US and International Return and Exchange Instructions

 

Return/Exchange Instructions

When returning the item you purchased, please include the return form, which is located on the reverse side of the invoice received with your shipment. If you no longer have the invoice, print the online return form or Invoice. Fill out the required information and enclose with your package. If you are unable to obtain the return form, please include your name, address and daytime phone number along with the reason for the exchange on a full sheet of paper. If it is an exchange, please include the style number, size and color of the product you would like exchanged. Use the SmartLabel (US only) attached to your original invoice (see instructions below) or send your package via standard Ground Service/USPS insured or Federal Express. Outside the US, please send your package via International Registered Mail or Preferably Fedex / UPS or DHL.

REFUND - If you request a refund you will be refunded for the original purchase price, minus shipment cost of the merchandise back to the store we purchased it from on your behalf, any restocking fees charged by the store and our return processing fee*.

*Refund Processing Fees are $25 USD back to the store (This fee applies to each store that requires items to be returned). So this amount will be deducted from your refund. There is also a re-stocking fee of 25% on items that are not in their original packaging or have been opened. (This applies to all electronics and cell phones)

  • EXCHANGE - If you request an exchange you will pay for all shipment fees. The Exchange Fees is $25 USD per store.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
In order to better assist you with your international return we have  local hubs where you can ship your goods back to. These are currently available in Japan, China, Australia, England and France. Please check with your customer service representative for further information.

PLEASE NOTE: Postage Credit Domestic Shipments
We are unable to reimburse for any postage unless the product is defective or we made an error filling your order.

 

SALE ITEMS - ALL SALES ARE FINAL - If you have purchased one of these, you can NOT return or exchange them. 

International Shipments
We are unable to reimburse for any postage unless the product is defective or we made an error filling your order. In addition, customs, duties, taxes and any other applicable charges are the sole responsibility of the customer, and cannot be refunded.

 

Cancellations

We provide a service and are not a regular store. As such we cannot accept cancellations or changes to your order once your order has been placed and we have charged your credit card. There is a 25% restocking fee.
