Your Account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. International-Shopping.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion. There will be a $35 non refundable service fee included on all orders placed on our site. This fee is non refundable and will be deducted from any refund issued to you on processed orders. The price we quote in in US Dollars. Excluding domestic shipping fees and US sales tax (if any). Additional fees may apply for domestic and international shipping.
The shipping Quote is based on a 3lb Dimensional Weight shipment. If your package arrives and is larger, or heavier, you will be billed accordingly.
Please note, you are responsible for custom duties, and domestic taxes, which are not included, unless you specifically request it at checkout. Duties calculated are only an estimate and you may be responsible for any additional duties charged. The price we provide is in USD. "US Dollars", the local currency is an estimated quote provided for your reference and convenience. International-Shopping.com uses the exchange rates from previous day business closing to calculate prices in local currency. We do not guarantee quotes in local currency.
In case there are situations out of our control such as, but not limited to, product out-of-stock, increases in the price of the good at the selected online retailer, weight and size limitations on international deliveries, local customs and import limitations -- International-Shopping.com reserves the right of not shipping the selected item and return the money paid on those particular items to the customer. There may be additional charges involved in your transaction that your local credit card or bank will charge you, although these charges are usually minimal.
Payment
International-Shopping.com strives toward on-line credit card security and giving its users the largest array of payment options available. Protecting the user´s credit card integrity is of utmost importance. To minimize the risks associated with card-not-present transactions, International-Shopping.com may require its users to:
- Present the copies of the original credit card and photo ID - Fill out a Credit Card Authorization Form-
- Send a copy of your most recent bank statement - Sign a release form when retrieving the package
Insurance
When you use International-Shopping.com, all orders are insured against loss or damage up to $ 100. The cost of this insurance is included in your International-Shopping.com shipping and handling fee. If you request that your goods be declared at a lesser value, you waive your right to and Insurance claim and should the item be lost or stolen, we are not responsible or liable for your package.
Duties and Taxes
You are responsible for all and any applicable duties and taxes in the destination country those are not included in your total from International-Shopping.com , unless you chose to have all duties and taxes included on your order at checkout. If a shipment is rejected by you because of customs clearance charges or gets returned to us due to restrictions your country has in place regarding the importation of the goods you purchased with our assistance, you will be held liable for return shipment and/or all other miscellaneous fees incurred by us that are associated with that return. In some cases, we may declare your item at wholesale value.
Currency
All transactions are in American Dollars. Your credit card, Paypal or bank statement however will show our charge in your local currency. The dollar amount in your invoice will be converted to your local currency on the day that you make your payment. Our currency conversion tool at the checkout page is meant to give you an estimate, NOT a guaranteed rate. You can request that day’s exchange rate with the appropriate financial institution.
Backorders / Out of Stock
If an item is not in stock or back-ordered, we will notify you of the delay. Cancellation is subject to a cancellation fee (please see below). We are not responsible for delays in your order due to backorder situations. Shipments will be made when all items in your order have arrived at our depot. We do not make partial shipments unless requested and you approve additional shipment fees.. Processed orders will be charged the service fee of $35. This is already included in your order as part of our shipping and handling fee. Should your order be canceled due to a back order or out of stock notice, the $35 service will be deducted from your order refund. Cancellations / Changes to your order
We provide a service and are not a regular store. As such we cannot accept cancellations or changes to your order once your order has been placed and we have charged your credit card. There is a 25% cancellation / restocking fee for most items plus any shipping fees + $35 non refundable service fee.
Restricted Products and Merchants
International-Shopping.com reserves the right to refuse fulfillment of a product transaction in respect to any product or quantity of products, or the purchase of products from any online retailer, based solely on its own discretion and in accordance to any and all US and international laws. This right shall exist at all times, even after an order confirmation has been placed. The product restriction list posted on the International-Shopping.com web site is subject to change without prior notice under the sole discretion of International-Shopping.com.
Disclaimer From Unforeseeable Circumstances
International-Shopping.com is not responsible or liable, nor shall it be deemed in default of the Terms and Conditions, for any delay or failure in performance or non-performance of any aspect of this agreement resulting directly or indirectly from any accidents, fires, electrical or electronic failures, equipment failures, shipping delays from either online retailers, international couriers, or others, acts of God, labor disputes, governmental orders or regulations, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of International-Shopping.com.
Modifications
International-Shopping.com may modify any aspect of this agreement at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice. Any modification to the Terms and Conditions shall be effective immediately once they upon posting of these changes on the web site. International-Shopping.com advises you to check the web site regularly if you are interested in reviewing any changes. Your use of the web site and the International-Shopping.com service after modifications have been posted constitutes your acknowledgment of such modifications and your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of these changes.
Returns and Exchanges
If a customer finds that the merchandise is wrong or damaged, the customer must contact our customer service department through our website to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). The Customer Service Department will respond to its customers via e-mail and issue you a RMA number and specific instructions for how to return your merchandise. Return fees to the store are $25 + domestic shipping if needed and an added $10 per store after that. Exchange fees to the store are $25 + domestic shipping if needed and International shipping back to the customers' international address.
